Milstead Collision is a family owned business that's been here for over 40 years, we have our own Automotive and Transmission shop, a fleet of wreckers of all sizes, off road recovery vehicles, Auto glass and mobile fleet service for roadside assistance of large or small trucks. If you drive a vehicle and have any problem with it, we have you covered. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs in a timely fashion. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text or email messaging with vehicle owners.

Amy's staff was amazing and their professionalism on a scale from 1 to 10 with 10 being the best, they were a 15. They kept us updated during the entire process. Your email process needs lots of attention. I received an email that my car was ready, but when I showed up, you hadn't even started. Your communication skills need some attention. I was led to believe throughout the entire process that my rear bumper was being replaced. When I finally picked my car up, I was told it had been repaired, not replaced. Very disappointing experience. Since You were recommended to me by Mercedes Woodlands, I will share this review with them.
