Milstead Collision is a family owned business that's been here for over 40 years, we have our own Automotive and Transmission shop, a fleet of wreckers of all sizes, off road recovery vehicles, Auto glass and mobile fleet service for roadside assistance of large or small trucks. If you drive a vehicle and have any problem with it, we have you covered. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs in a timely fashion. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text or email messaging with vehicle owners.

Tire pressure light still on. Car remote did not work and was covered in grease. Part of the trim you can see where it was pried off. The winshield washers don't work(worked when I dropped it off) the car feels off balance all together. Dips on the left side when braking.

I have just driven my car home, but everything looks wonderful. Karen and Brittany are wonderful additions to your mechanical and 'surgical' staff. They sent me daily updates on my car's progress. For me, that kind of customer attention is unheard of. It was one week exactly from the time my car went into your shop to have bodywork and a door replaced, that I received it back. I am very pleased with Milstead Collision and Service, and I will always use them when ever possible. Of course, I am hoping I don't have anymore collision needs. Thank you for being such a great team!

I woul recomend but I would also caution them because of the issues I have had.
