Milstead Collision is a family owned business that's been here for over 40 years, we have our own Automotive and Transmission shop, a fleet of wreckers of all sizes, off road recovery vehicles, Auto glass and mobile fleet service for roadside assistance of large or small trucks. If you drive a vehicle and have any problem with it, we have you covered. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs in a timely fashion. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text or email messaging with vehicle owners.

The automatic texts are not good. It kept ob saying Monday it will be done, yet it wasn't. On Monday it said only a couple more hours of "fine tuning" and then I get a call that the door was barely put in paint. Besides that I have no complaint

I had a great experience until I spoke with receptionist about the bill. When I asked questions about the bill so I could understand (since I had never seen the actual bill) she was short and rude to me.
