Milstead Collision is a family owned business that's been here for over 40 years, we have our own Automotive and Transmission shop, a fleet of wreckers of all sizes, off road recovery vehicles, Auto glass and mobile fleet service for roadside assistance of large or small trucks. If you drive a vehicle and have any problem with it, we have you covered. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs in a timely fashion. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text or email messaging with vehicle owners.

The only problem I had was that they had the car for over 3 months. At first we did have a little paper work problems they couldn't get a fax. So why did it take so long?

Honestly, I was disappointed and hesitant when AAA stated Milstead was the only option for me, as they were the closest collision center and warranted with AAA. I’m a Ford person and amwayd take my Ford to Gullo Ford. They are the only ones that have touched my 2019 Ford Platinum Expedition Max. When I arrived, Milstead personnel was AMAZING! They assisted and explained everything. Throughout the three weeks, I was called and texted with updates. I am TRULY satisfied with the service and will recommend Milstead! Thank you for making my unfortunate event less stressful.

You went above and beyond! My collision repair was done on time, you negotiated with my insurance company, car looks really great and - bonus - my car was cleaned inside and out, including those nasty bug guts I could never get off
