Milstead Collision is a family owned business that's been here for over 40 years, we have our own Automotive and Transmission shop, a fleet of wreckers of all sizes, off road recovery vehicles, Auto glass and mobile fleet service for roadside assistance of large or small trucks. If you drive a vehicle and have any problem with it, we have you covered. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs in a timely fashion. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text or email messaging with vehicle owners.

Curtis was very helpful with the repair process. I loved the progress pictures that I was able to see. I also loved the repair steps progress that I could see on the internet. Everyone was completely nice and had great customer service.

Is not the first time that bring my car to be repair but this was the worst experience. I won't recommend Millstead to a friend. Repair took way longer than expected and ending paying $ 100.00 more than estimated. Seems like they were trying to make me pay for the extension of the rental car. Amount they needed to assume because the delay in finishing the repair due to the paint mismatch.

Car paint had bubbles and after leaving it one more day were fixed but the interior spots of glue weren't. Not sure if I can bring for those spots to get clean

Excellent job!! Milstead did excellent work. Farmers agent there John was very professional and kept me informed via emails. I hope I never have to seek body repair again but if I do I will defiantly use Milstead and Farmers
