I would be remiss if I didn't send thanks to Jake at Milton Martin Honda. Having all maintenance for my 2015 completed at MMH, Jake recommended Milton Martin Toyota. The staff at MMT is absolutely above reproach. I struggled to get the police report needed to repair my Civic. After two unsuccessful attempts, I asked the staff at MMT to help me. Jen, Leslie, and Kayley were very professional and knew exactly what to do to get the police report. It was amazing! What a chore to deal with insurance companies! The MMT staff made the process very easy. Jen even found a quiet room for me to use while I was talking to the insurance representative. Knowing the MMT staff was close by, greatly lowered my anxiety related to the insurance company. The women at MMT also helped me secure a rental car. The MMT women took care of EVERYTHING related to this process. Even returning the rental car was completely stress-free! I was shocked at the cleanliness of my car at the end of the repair process. My bumper was perfect, and I don't think the inside of my car was ever as clean as it was at pickup. Many thanks to the technicians and repairman for their efforts. Milton Martin Toyota employees take customer service to a level that cannot be measured. They should be the example for others to follow! Many, many thanks, Jeanie
