I received my car back again yesterday and although they did a great job at trying to buff out the scratches we had noticed they couldn't get all of them out, they weren't apparent when we looked at it in the parking lot in the evening but once at home under the light the scratches are still there. Travis has been great but I don't know what the next step is since a brand new vechile shouldn't have new damages after leaving the facility.

I was extremely happy with the results. I was informed every step of the way and they did everything possible to keep from totaling out my vehicle, for which I am very grateful. They need to work on customer service from start to finish. Took three times to fix my truck. Took three times to clean the inside of my truck. Still not correct. All the change in my truck was stollen. Milton Martin is a good overall dealership but if they do not get this corrected they will damage the reputation they have been working hard to build.

Use Enterprise for your rental cars. Hertz seems to have only one employee and I had to wait outside a locked office during their open hours to finally get a car.

The employees in the collision facility were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The work was performed to my satisfaction and the car was completed on time.
