Tom went above and beyond to keep me in the loop. He updated me with status calls to let me know the progress of my car. Promote him. Appreciate them cleaning the inside as well. The vehicle looks perfect. I would definitely recommend Tom to other customers.

I didn't except to have to take my car in again to get it repaired since the piece of the car got left in the back of our car.
