The Customer Service was excellent. The working on the car part, not so much. Ever since I picked up my car from Mission Viejo Auto Collision. I had a loose wire that made me come back to the facility. Now I have an oil leak that I didn't have before I took my car to the facility.

It would be a 10 except I found loose uninstalled fastener in the back seat. Obviously the tech Mis counted or missed a fastener hole. Also the rubber mat in the rear of my Silverado wasn’t replaced properly and I had to do it myself
