First and foremost, Mitch Lowe's shop did a fantastic job repairing my Ford Escape's front bumber, headlight/turn signal, front passenger side panel and wheel well area. They blended the paint perfectly and every inch of the body area is now pristine - not the slightest imperfection, scratch, etc. I have needed car body work on 5 occasions in my 59 years and I have closely inspected body work on many friends' and family members' vehicles. The quality of ML's work - artistry is a more apt description - surpasses them all. His system for processing his part of my insurance claim, generating a cost estimate, getting the car in, doing the work, and getting it back to me was very efficient and timely. They detailed the inside of my car. When I picked it up, it hadn't looked that good, inside and out, since it was sitting on the dealer's lot brand new. To top that all off, Mitch and Marie are extremely friendly, professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. There are no novices at this shop. One encounters professionalism and expertise at each point of the experience. And, I should add, the estimate was very reasonable and adhered to, to the penny. Mitch meticulously explained the work - seen and unseen (under and inside the body) - to me when explaining his estimate. I could not be more impressed with my experience!

Mitch Lowe’s Body Shop is truly wonderful. I was amazed at the quality care I was shown from the first day. Very nice and friendly people. It was my first time filing a claim through my insurance, so picking the right shop was scary. I left their feeling sure that they would do an excellent job on my vehicle. And needless to say they did just that. I absolutely love them. I will always use their service. Great Job! A very satisfied customer ❤️
