They sent me my Honda with it being unsafe and it wasn’t properly fixed. A new place is fixing it the way it should be so I can drive it safely with my baby girl.

Kelly , Hannah are awesome employees. How bout a raise for them??? The male employees that do actual labor in the back? Never got to meet. But I'm sure they are just as awesome. Still have issues and had to point them out to the tech and had to plug stuff in after they said they went thru it.

They did not fit the correct front bumper to my car the first time I came to pick it up.now they said I can drive it, nice and bring it back. While driving it, the car overheated, error light came on, radiator fan harness not connected and the water leaks in the piler. Also picture from AAA roadside, pictures of comnectors disconnected, radiator had metal/sand in it and a gallon and half of radiator fluid had to be pit in the car. No fluids in radiater and did not boil over. SECOND TIME, I came back, they had not flushed the radiator, still an error light. I WAS GOING TO HAVE OT TOWED AWAY. They took it and said they will get the radiator flushed, but still had.t plugged in the main radiator f. The car is now at another shop and working with Progressive.
