I had to pay over and above my deductible for my vehicle because a change was put in for parts and my insurance only paid a portion. Now I have to fight to get reimbursed where it should be on the shop to prove the cost is what is proper. If the shop had proof that the parts used were the cheapest prices available for the part needed there would be no problems. Now I have to do their work for them.

It took way to long to get my car back.I had to pay for the rental out of my own pocket for a week and a half being that it had been over 30 days to repair a single window and get my key fobs back online with the car.Then when I received my car back items was missing out of my trunk.
