my truck wasn't completely ready when i went to pick it up, had to pull it back in garage and dash had debris on it .

The repairs and work done on my truck was amazing, looked as good as it did before the damage, Hannah was great to deal with, she kept me updated and informed of everything along the way, even when it got pushed back a little later, she was very polite and courteous and made sure to update me, there are a couple things I have noticed I’m not to sure about, such as my range AFM disabler was unplugged and left on my dash, my dash cam was completely unplugged and unhooked from the cam and hard wire, and my custom letters across my front windshield, had been ripped, but that’s just the small stuff, letters and stuff can be replaced, and everything else can just be hooked back up, it just doesn’t make sense to me why it was just left out, had I lost the range, that’s 250 bucks gone, and why unplug everything? lol all in all, it was an amazing job by an amazing company and led by an amazing adjuster (Hannah) it was a great experience. Thank you so much for the hard work. James

I would recommend M&L for a few reasons, M&L has been a name that’s been around a long time, and they are a quality large dealership with their own shops and collision repair, so it’s about the same as going to a Ford Dealership or Chevy Dealership, it’s a one stop shop.

The repairs are top notch, you can’t even tell where it was dented or scratched, very impressed with the quality of the work, there was a couple things that could have been done better, 1. My dash cam could have been hooked back up instead of just left hanging, not even sure why is was even unhooked. And 2. My Range AFM disabler could have been put back in my obd 2 port, instead of left laying on my dash, which again makes me wonder, why the even had it unplugged. Regardless though, I did have a positive experience with M&L collision, they done an amazing job, and if I even need another repair, I have no problem going back to M&L Collision for the work, Thank you M&L
