Took a little longer than expected, there is a fish eye in the paint and we got the vehicle back with it being out of alignment so had to go back to the shop. Would have appreciated more communication and not a pickup of 5pm at closing.

I had to be the middle man between the shop and insurance to get an item covered, instead of the shop sending the report confirming that the vehicle needed the calibration or advocating for me. This caused my vehicle to be at the shop an extra 6 days.

They did a beautiful paint job on my front bumper. The color matched perfectly on my 2011 ES 350.The staff was very friendly and the text kept me updated on the progress. Two week turnaround was great for this day in time.Again thank you all!
