To my unfortunate dismay, I have had to use the Services of Modern Auto Body more than one time and I have always been treated with the utmost respect. When I brought the car in Mike and I went out to take a look at it . It had been hit while sitting in a parking lot somewhere, and we discussed that the perp had dragged their car across my front driver's side wheel . So Mike suggested that he include a front end alignment in the estimate. He cautioned me that it was possible that the insurance company would not cover that. But they did . He let me know every step of the way his Communications with the insurance company.
