Nobody has contacted me to fix the poor paint job on my car door.

The man working in the auto body repair office was trying to blame the poor quality of the paint on the car manufacturer and said that it wasn’t an area they painted when they clearly did because that is a door they had to completely take off and repair and paint. I refused to take the car twice because the paint was not fixed and then was made to take my car even after a paint pen was used to repair my brand new car door.
