DJ and Nicole would never ever return calls would never update me on my truck and it took over 3 months to get it and then when I went to get it it had a airbag light on then they kept it another 2 weeks I am not very happy at all it was the most terrible service I could have ever got and I'm a retired Auto Body technician and I know how things work

Although they made it right in the end, the repair itself took much longer than estimated and then when we got it home, realized that the windshield wiper on the back was installed backwards and we had to take it back again to get that fixed.

Nobody has contacted me to fix the poor paint job on my car door.

The man working in the auto body repair office was trying to blame the poor quality of the paint on the car manufacturer and said that it wasn’t an area they painted when they clearly did because that is a door they had to completely take off and repair and paint. I refused to take the car twice because the paint was not fixed and then was made to take my car even after a paint pen was used to repair my brand new car door.
