Bed liner texture and color is very noticeably different

Passenger side mirror was replaced with out approval from myself or insurance company. There was no damage to mirror when truck was dropped off. Now American family insurance is questioning repairs and want me to open 2 claims to cover repairs. Which as you know affects my insurance rates and 2deductables. I feel mirror was damaged while at modern and someone tried to hide it at minimum a phone call should of been made.

I understand the previous owner of my vehicle “rigged up” some of the bodywork in front, making the replacement of the bumper and other pieces difficult. That being said, there are some obvious quality of work issues with my vehicle, notably the completely diagonally cross threading license plate bolt. This in itself is obviously nit-picking, but it makes me wonder,”What else is half assed that I can’t see?” The other thing is the overall fitment of the bumper. The fog lights are not fully seated, and they were when it showed up. The bumper on the passenger side also appears to be extremely flimsy in its fitment. Again, I understand someone rigged these things up, but are you telling me some random person I bought it from in Oregon is better at making things fit than the body work professionals at your shop? Was this done out of indignation? Laziness? I guess I’m going to have to crawl under there myself and figure it out, because no vehicle of mine will ever return to your shop
