The work was good, BUT.. it took 30 days to get my car back. I called a couple of times, after a couple of weeks, to get a progress/estimated finish time, they kept telling me someone would call me back. No one called me back. My roommate drove by and seen that my car was out front, and looked to be fixed. So I called them. And AGAIN, they said someone would call me back. This time they called and told me it was finished. My insurance paid for 30 days of rental car. The call to tell me the car was done was at the end of the 29th day. I would say they were NOT good at communication!! But the work was good.

I got my car back within a week when i wasn’t expecting it for a month due to how late the other companies in town take. They did such a great job on fixing everything on my car! 100% recommend them!

Mohave Collision did an awesome job with our repair. We had a slight issue after we got our car back but they fixed ASAP while we waited and no problems now. They washed the car, vacuumed and cleaned the inside. Wasn’t expecting that. Chris and the lady (sorry I don’t remember her name) that work in the office were awesome as well as a couple other employees we interacted with. Great service and experience, definitely recommend them.
