I had requested an estimate on repairing the scratches on my bumper and we never got the estimate nor the repair. We were willing to pay out of pocket for that.but are no longer interested in that repair.

Instead of checking the cell phone number that we left with the receptionist, they used an obsolete phone number associated with our insurance agency. That produced two phone messages left on a number that has been out of service for two years causing confusion between them and us .

When I returned for the" tightening of a cable", the Mechanic took the time to explain in detail how that occurred and took full responsibility along with a sincere apology. The Curly Haired gal made every effort to attend to my every need making the experience a silver lining for the outcome. I hope I won't need them again, but if I do, there is no other place I would bring my car !
