Everyone was very nice and professional. I have to say we were especially impressed by the front desk girl. From the first time we called in to ask questions about the insurance claims process she was extremely knowledgeable, patient and sweet. We felt comfortable bringing our car to Monroe Collision Center because of her.

This was our first experience with USAA insurance and working with Monroe collision. Everyone was so very nice and kept us informed at every step along the way.
