Monroe Collision Center is a state of the art collision repair center with an owner who has been in the business for over 30 years. Our office staff is certified in both adp & CCC One estimating programs, as well as our shop being in the I-Car Gold class. Overall good job but one of the car components is missing paint which looks like little chips along the edge. Also I found a dent I haven’t seen before on the rear bumper.

Customer service was excellent. Informed shop of the paint chips to be documented and he confirmed that it would be, which helps to come back for later repairs that were a part of the original claim.
