The communications with Amber from the beginning were very good. While my car was being worked on I got several progress updates. The repairs were completed in a timely manner. The interface with Enterprise rental was good and I was able to leave my rental at Monroe Collision. So far the workmanship is good and my car looks new. For only a 5 month old vehicle I was worried about that but was completely satisfied. The car was detailed and spotless when I picked it up. I highly recommend Monroe Collision.
