The staff at Monroe Collision Ctr. were completely professional, knowledgeable, understanding and helpful. I had my new car for only 1 week before I needed a repair. (: They offered to help with a rental car if I needed it. They kept me updated via text to keep me informed of the status of the repairs which I found to be so convenient so I was not put in the position of having to call them . The repairs were completed as per the estimate and the car was returned to me on the exact date they promised it and their were no additional costs or repairs added!! It was a pleasure to deal with this company and I would highly recommend them to anyone who had the need of their services.
