this is the second car I have had repaired here. a 2001 pontiaf was fixed in 2009 and after two additional visits to fix the horn that was damaged the shop tried to fix but the horn never sounded right again. bodywork however was good

the shop repaired the rear bumper and tailgate. the tailgate is fine but the rear bumper is not flush with the car as it should be and needs to be fixed so as to be in its pre accident comditionn

When the job was not ready on time promised they could not provide a rental car. So we had a day without car on a day it was needed by us. Instead, they delivered our car to our house the next day.
