Very happy with the work done, and the office manager could not have been nicer or more helpful. I also appreciated the convenience of the shuttle to the car rental agency and being able to drop the rental back at Monroe. My only negative comment would be that my car came back with 330 additional miles on it (I dropped it with 160,017 and picked it up with about 160,400). Not sure how that happened. The gas was at the same level as when I dropped it though. Overall a positive experience but with that one big question mark.
