Best experience in a bad situation. The staff was simply pleasant. Great customer service from beginning to end. They even had my car ready sooner then expected. While the staff at Monroe Collision Center were very friendly and pleasant to work with, the overall experience left much to be desired. The repair process took an incredibly long time—about 50 days—which created a host of issues for us. This extended timeline caused complications with our car insurance and led to additional rental car fees, adding unnecessary stress to an already frustrating situation. To make matters worse, after finally getting our vehicle back, not everything was fixed properly. We had to return to the shop because there was an air leak in one of the doors, which should have been caught during the initial repairs. While I appreciate the kindness of the staff, the delays, added costs, and need for follow-up repairs make it difficult for me to recommend Monroe Collision Center wholeheartedly. There is room for improvement in both efficiency and quality assurance.
