Amazing staff that went out of ther way to help me. I barely had to deal with insurance or the rental company because they took care of arranging things for me. The car looks great!!

Monticello Motors did an amazing job with our vehicle. Their customer service is wonderful too. We've had to play phone tag with other repair shops and wait months to get an estimate. We didn't have to do any of that with Monticello Motors. We got though right away and had an appointment scheduled the day of the estimate.

Monticello Motors did an excellent job doing some hail damage repair on our vehicle. It was done quickly and efficiently. They also detailed our car! They were respectful of any items left inside the vehicle and did an excellent job cleaning everything up. We will definitely use them again.

Monticello Motors staff was very kind and respectful. We were able to get an appointment and estimate quickly. They were easy to get in contact with. We had some minor issues with the vehicle after the repair and they were willing and able to fix them in a timely manner.
