Moody's Collision Centers started in Gorham, Maine in 1977, and has grown to 15 locations all in Maine. In 2003 Moody’s became an ESOP (co-worker-owned). In the last few years, we have opened heavy truck locations in Bangor and Gorham, as well as opening our newest location in Brunswick in December of 2025. We are active in many local projects and support many organizations. We enjoy being involved in the community and helping local organizations succeed and meet their goals. We require ongoing training for our co-workers and have earned the highest accreditation for training in the industry. We utilize the latest technology in tools and equipment, combined with traditional methods. I dropped my car off a week before it got into the shop and hence had to pay more than $250 for a rental car. It was drivable. WHY can you not schedule better? Had you given me a day or two notice I would have had my car there. Unbusinesslike.

Lead time for repairs was long: 3 months between appointment and start of work. I wished I had checked lead time at other shop a bit further away

The repairs look good although I cannot check all of them due to the extend of the repairs and many parts being hidden by others. I did spot plastic clamps and/or screws had not been reinstalled on front wheel liner, when picking up car, and had to drive it back to the shop for these to be placed.
