Moody's Collision Centers started in Gorham, Maine in 1977, and has grown to 15 locations all in Maine. In 2003 Moody’s became an ESOP (co-worker-owned). In the last few years, we have opened heavy truck locations in Bangor and Gorham, as well as opening our newest location in Brunswick in December of 2025. We are active in many local projects and support many organizations. We enjoy being involved in the community and helping local organizations succeed and meet their goals. We require ongoing training for our co-workers and have earned the highest accreditation for training in the industry. We utilize the latest technology in tools and equipment, combined with traditional methods. Teri has been professional at all times. I was charged for rental car by both Moody’s and enterprise. Enterprise said Moody’s should not have charged. Moody’s said enterprise should not have charged. Repair was done March 16. I’m still awaiting a refund from someone. Teri says I must speak with lance. Ellsworth enterprise closed. Told to call bangor. James in Bangor said lance is working out of Ellsworth but he will have him call me. Still waiting.

Our only issue was the time from car injury till it could be fit in was a very long time

Sometimes when we called the receptionist was helpful but her time made me feel I was bothering her. I have not had a need for this type of service for a long time. It was assumed that I knew how the process went. When my husband went in however she was very pleasant and accomadating. We appreciated being able to keep the car until they could actually work on it.
