Moody's Collision Centers started in Gorham, Maine in 1977, and has grown to 15 locations all in Maine. In 2003 Moody’s became an ESOP (co-worker-owned). In the last few years, we have opened heavy truck locations in Bangor and Gorham, as well as opening our newest location in Brunswick in December of 2025. We are active in many local projects and support many organizations. We enjoy being involved in the community and helping local organizations succeed and meet their goals. We require ongoing training for our co-workers and have earned the highest accreditation for training in the industry. We utilize the latest technology in tools and equipment, combined with traditional methods. There was a gouge in the floor mat on the driver's side. It could have already been there and gone unnoticed until now. On the other hand, if the technician was wearing heavy duty shoes with hard heels and steel toes (safety shoes), he could have inadvertently gouged the floor mat. This is somewhat understandable, but if reusable rubber mats were used (put on the car's floor) before driving the car, this could have been avoided.

The fact they improperly installed the door lock didn't change that the cosmetic level of the work was great.

Everyone was pleasant and professional. The only issue i had was the door lock on the passenger side was improperly installed so I had to make a over 1 hour drive one way from my home have a procedure that took 5 minutes done. Would've been better if they did it when my car was first in the shop.
