1) A panel under front bumper was hanging loose. That could be seen hanging even from 50 ft away. 2) Clear coat finish was not thoroughly buffed, so door looked scratch and had little bumps on it. Note that my car had clear coat added when I purchased car last March, so repair work made it necessary to re-apply over damaged area. 3) Whatever you used to clean the interior in final detailing has horrible smell. I had to open the windows to drive home as it was making me sick. At home, I left the car windows open for 24 hours & it still has some of that smell. *** Main repair work on the actual deer-hit damage was excellent. *** Repair time was excellent. *** Paint work was excellent. *** Was great that the Service Rep was very thorough in explaining the repair process and work done. Just need to do a more thorough car inspection before customer arrives to pick up car ... ... and change that smelly cleaning fluid you use on the interior.
