Said car would be done Friday wasn’t done til Wednesday afternoon picked it up and they missed a cracked windshield washer reservoir. Now have to take back again. Very inconvenient.

Eric was very efficient. He clearly explained planned repairs, cost and payment options. Daily texts regarding progress of repairs were very helpful. The final results were beautiful. The car was completely cleaned inside and out. I would reccomend Moon Auto Body to anyone needing auto body repair!! Excellent experience

we kept receiving emails saying our vehicle would be ready on Friday but we never received a call saying it was ready and until my wife called the shop and we were told car would not be ready until wednesday the next week. We were told emails were sent out on automated system which if that is correct it is not a very good system. Someone should be updating the repair process each day and an email should be sent out based on progress at end of day.
