It took a long time for the car to get repaired, but they did compensate with a rental car and took money off the deductible, which was greatly appreciated

Totally satisfied with customer service. I received text messages the whole way through the process and was kept up to date with everything. When the car was completely finished I probably should have received a phone call just to let me know. I think that might be good for older people who cannot be relied upon to check their text messages. Also this is not customer service but the wait was extremely long. I almost took the car somewhere else because of that but for personal reasons I didn't. Otherwise A+ and I will definitely be back if I have the need in the future.

The hood deflector is only straight in very front totally crooked going to the sides so it really is not going to work properly.

Great Service did a great job on my vehicle. I will always go back to them to fix any problems that I may have as far as my body works. Timely fashion was good. I had to wait to get in about a month and a half as far as appointment wise, but it was worth it.
