Too many issues I like my transactions to be simple. Meaning you do what you’re supposed to do and I do what I have to do. I don’t like having to return or doubt the sincerity of what I was told

My car was returned to me with the air tire pressure light on since then I have put air in a tire several times and tried to reset the system, but the light just keeps coming right back on, so I’m not sure what happened to my car when it was in your Care and control but there’s something wrong with the tire pressure system now I took the car back up and they put air in the tire and said that they reset the system and the light would go out as I drove the car the light is still on. I think you need to fix whatever happened while the car was with you to make that system malfunction.

I have forgotten the name of the gentleman I dealt with, but he seemed nice initially, but he talked me into going with ear insurance instead of Plymouth rock to do the repairs because he said that moon auto body was an eerie sponsored station, and if I made my claim through Erie, I would be able to get parts much faster and they would be authentic Honda parts so I did go with Erie and when I questioned him about it when I picked up the car he seemed evasive about whether or not my car had actual Honda parts on it or not, and he said sometimes they can’t go with Honda parts because the insurance would not allow it so I still don’t know what is on my car. There’s only about 23,000 miles on my car when it was hit so I was hoping that I would get authentic Honda parts and I’m not sure that I did.

Our car's insurance and PA registration papers are missing. We always keep them inside the console. We did not remove them. Didn't realize they were missing until Friday evening, June 5, after shop had closed. Has to print copies of them both from the PA DMV and Erie Insurance websites.
