Brandon kept good communication throughout the entire process, which was lengthy due to the insurance companies involved. He called many times- all appropriate - to ask questions, give options or give updates. When I called the office, I always received a quick call back if the phone wasn’t answered immediately. When we picked the car up after the estimate was done, Brandon even stayed after hours to greet us and explain the work plan when the car returned. The customer service was phenomenal.
