The whole experience from the time I walked in till the car was finished was fantastic. Everyone was kind and welcoming, explained everything that had to be worked on from start to finish. I would probably not recommend this place - I only came here because my insurance recommended and was covered by them. Ace was wonderful but lying to my insurance company about time frames and parts not being delivered isn’t a good look.

While Ace was a pleasure to deal with, I was given my car back and told that the repair was not complete and I would have to bring the car back. Instead of just keeping the car, I was given my car back for one day and told to make a new appt to drop it off. I dropped it off this morning and got a call from Ace telling me they would have to order the other piece and they want to hold onto my car until service is complete. He has been very sweet but it has been frustrating picking up and dropping off my car twice now (especially when I work a 9-5 job). Also I picked up my car before repairs were done. I have never seen this happen before.
