When I dropped my car off on a Monday I asked when they took the car apart to call me give me an idea about how many days it would be I got no call I called on Wednesday they told me the car would be finished late Thursday or Friday on Monday I called and asked if the car was going to be done soon they told me it would be done later that day they communication was not very good

When I came to look at my car there was a spot on the trunk that was still not touched it just needed to be buffed out they did it as I went to lunch I came back and everything was good
