The lack of communication between the client and then business is not good. They're supposed to call you once a week which they did in the first month. After that I had to call them and was promised that my car was going to be ready took three weeks to finally get my car done. I was told you opened up at a certain time I was waiting for 55 minutes and the place didn't open till eight so lack of communication all the way around other than that the work was done very well...
