From the start, the communication, transparency, and guidance were all very well executed. I had a significant repair job, but the team continued to provide updates and do everything possible to deliver my vehicle as fast and thoroughly repaired as possible. I can say that I will only come back to this shop, and while I hope I never have to, the team made this easy, managed everything professionally and clearly have the skillset to deliver top notch results! Excellent staff and work, loaner was new, 2026 Equinox, very clean obviously, and our Jeep went in early afternoon on a Monday and was completed and looks amazing by Friday. Excellent job!
