The CSR was a bit gruff when I was there for the estimate and the drop off, but he seemed much more friendly to the female customer dropping off.

The repair looks fantastic. Even the interior was cleaned. The people were very friendly and professional. However the fact that a loaner vehicle was not available is very disappointing. Next time I will have to find a shop with a loaner available because for an accident that was not my fault, because no loaner vehicle would be available for months it costed over $1000 to rent one.

I talked to multiple people about the car not running after the accident. They only fixed the body. When I asked about the engine no one could tell me if it was ever looked at or checked. The last time I talked to someone they said they would have someone drive my car. About 15 min later someone called back saying they drove it and it’s fine. It wasn’t. My car broke down on my way home from picking it up and is now unable to start just sitting in my driveway. What do I do? I can’t take it back to you. I’m at a loss.

The experience was totally excellent from the start. The estimate experience couldn't have been any easier and time it took to drop off my car and sign the paperwork for the free loaner car went really smooth and was quick. Having to deal with repairs on my car obviously is not ideal but Morans made it so smooth that I have zero complaints. I would recommend their work and professionalism to anyone looking for body repair work.
