My gas gauge is not working properly. Knowing they wouldn’t have known unless someone was driving it for awhile. I’ll have to bring it back in after this weekend .

I wouldn’t recommend a shop who doesn’t communicate with their customers.

My front grille was chrome but was replaced with a black plastic grille. After calling to try to get the proper grille, I was told they would order it and have it replaced. Then I got a voicemail stating the reason the wrong grille was put on is because the chrome grille is no longer available. I would have been fine with it if they had only communicated it with me instead of changing the look of my truck without any communication at all.

The only communication I received was if I called for an update. I had to call to learn the completion date was going to be delayed. No communication to tell me they were replacing my chrome grille with a black plastic one.
