My van looks brand new. They even detailed the inside while they had it. It made my day. All the updates and recalls were taken care of. They even had a loaner for me, and I was so grateful, since I couldn’t afford a rental.

My lights were not placed back correctly in truck. My license plate fell off because it was not put back on tight enough. I had to order a new plate and tags. Other than that good service.

I would tell everyone I know not to go there. Everyone I’ve talked to that’s been there has been disappointed with the repairs. I wish I had known this sooner.

Waited over 2 months for vehicle. Poor communication on how long vehicle would be gone. No loaner when bringing vehicle back to have drifting to the right concern addressed. I had to take vacation day from work. When I did pick it up vehicle still drifts to right. I was told it was test drove but still had same problem. Coolant was low when I picked it up. It was missing a bolt for the trap door for oil changes. Very concerned about more problems in future. I have worked at dealers for over 20yrs and have never seen such terrible workmanship. Will never buy have a car serviced or go Moran body shop again.
