Tires were patched with the incorrect amount of air for all four when picking up the vehicle after an hour before telling them that onstar had issues with all the tire pressures

Please have your staff let folks know when the car is getting a quote to let customers know that they need to reserve a vehicle during the time the car is being fixed. I didn’t know I had to reserve one and had to ask family members to get me to work and home. I would have asked for one, if I had known.

When I bought my vehicle in to get an estimate. I feel it should have been brought to my attention about a loaner vehicle during the time my vehicle was getting fixed. Never was offered and was to late to request for one when I bought it in for repairs.
