I was told two times that the part was ordered and would be there on a certain day and my car would be ready in a few days. Every time I called I was told they were working on it and it would be ready in a few days. I was never told the first two parts they received didn’t work until my husband stopped by on October 31st. They told him the car would be ready on the following Monday. We called on Tuesday and they said they were working on it and it would be ready Thursday. Called on Thursday and it wasn’t ready but said it would be ready on Friday. Told me they worked on a lot of cars. I told them mine was supposed to be one of them. Said they had had the part for 2 weeks. I feel like I was jerked around and my car was not important. I understand that parts are hard to get but they should have kept me informed and not told me my car would be ready and it wasn’t. Also why did it take 2 weeks to finish my car. They had informed us they would start working on it on September 18th. I finally got my car on November 8th. I’m very disappointed and if I have a choice I will never use this body shop again. Would not recommend to anyone I know. This is Cathy Dave’s wife.
