Everyone was wonderful on the phone. I think there were a few times communication wires got crossed and I wasn’t notified when I had been expecting to be but overall it went well.

I was told that someone will call me on Monday the day estimated when my car supposed to be done, yet nobody called. So, I called and left a message asking for an update; nobody returned my call. The following day letting me know that the car will be ready to pick up that day afternoon.
