My Experience

There is a scratch on one of my doors that I cannot believe wasn't seen as it runs the entire length of the door. My AM radio is not working. And did do a repair on something not related to the hail damage but was on the original write up.

First. I was told after them having my car a week they decided the pointless repair would not work- why wasn't that determined in the first day or two? There are numerous issues wrong with my car and now I have to bring it back.

Our vehicle looks great! The repairs were completed a full day earlier than ten estimate. I'm sure the insurance company will be happy because it will save money on the cost of the rental car.

My car antenna was sitting stuck between the door and passenger seat instead of screwed back in place.

My Experience

I went to Morrie's Bodyworks in Brooklyn Park. I had to get my car repaired after it was in an accident. I brought it in May 6, 2015. I was told it would be 10 days to get it serviced. I got notified via text 5/8 that the completed date would be 5/18. Later in the day of 5/8 I received another text pushing the completed date to 5/20. On 5/19 I called to verify my vehicle would be done the next day since I had to drive all the way to the east metro to get someone to drive me to Brooklyn Center and was told the completion date was pushed back to 5/26. On 5/26, I was en route to get a ride to Morrie's and was given a text at 2:06pm stating it would not be done until 3:08pm on 5/28. I called Morrie's Body works immediately and told them that I was in the processing of driving to the east metro to get a ride to pick up my car in Brooklyn Park. The person at Bodyworks said they would get me a loaner car and guaranteed that my car would be done on Thursday, 5/28/15. I got my loaner car on 5/26. On 5/28, I called Morrie's Bodyworks to confirm my car would be finished since I didn't hear anything all day around 2:25pm. Joe transferred me to Jeremy. It went to Jeremy's voicemail and I left him a voicemail verifying my car was complete. I didn't receive a call back from Jeremy and preceded to head up to Brooklyn Park to pick up my vehicle. At 3:18pm I was at the stoplight of Brooklyn Blvd and Jolly Ln (right outside of Morrie's Bodyworks) and I received a call from Joe. He told me that Jeremy was in a meeting and also my vehicle was not finished (it was supposed to be done at 3:08pm and I also did not receive notification from Morrie's at all that day until this phone call). I told him that I was literally outside of Morrie's because I did not hear back from any one about my car. He said that it would be done the next day, 5/29/15. I then preceeded to drive back home to Minneapolis after wasting my time driving up there unnecessarily. On Friday, 5/29/15, I received a text stating my car was finished. I called to verify it was finished and was told that it was. I again preceeded to head up to Brooklyn Center to pick up my vehicle. I brought back the loaner car and paid and the person that helped me (Jeremy I believe) did not apologize for any of the inconveniences I had having to come back and forth unnecessary times or the lack of notification I was given on 5/26 or 5/28. My car looks fine. The damage was repaired. They moved items out of my truck to my back seat and left them there. I am just thoroughly disappointed in the multiple unnecessary times I had to drive back and forth from both Stillwater and St. Paul up there to Brooklyn Park. I am also very disappointed that I wasn't even given an apology for the lack of notification that I was given towards the end about my vehicle not being finished. I feel that Morrie's Bodyworks really needs to come up with a better system so they can provide good customer service. I like my Morrie's dealership but I would NEVER recommend or bring my vehicle back to Morrie's Bodyworks for any repairs again. Thank you. Amy Crowder
