See previous comment on owner. I would still recommend others as I know MCR does good work and I’ve appreciated the employees. Again, probably just bad timing with her.

There was still some black rubber/plastic rubbing on the white panel.

Nick was great - very responsive and enjoyable to deal with. I had a brief call with Melanie, which I felt she was cold and indifferent. I probably just caught her at a bad time, but that stuck out to me.
