If I could put a 20 the one to ten scale I would. Not only did they exceed expectations on the repair, it was done before expected, done far beyond a great repair, and pickup arrangements were far beyond what any other shop I have worked with. I would not recommend any other body or tow facility more highly than Morrill Collision and MCR towing.

Morrill Collision does a great job. Right now am waiting on finish by another vendor as two accidents within a few days of each other involving 2 different insurance companies and a request for some heavier bumpers still is in process. Until all is assembled and everything is known working with sensors, electrical & alignment the job is not complete, but not all is MC’s issue; just that they are the liaison to insurance till everything is done in case of hidden damage. Thankful I chose MC over my previous ‘big city’ body shop, as they handled the complexity of 2 separate insurance companies and verifying hidden damage issues like true pros, verses big city shops that brush problem issues under the rug.
