Everything was done with procession and and in the time frame estimated. Cost was needed to be increased because of unseen needed repairs but that can be expected.

From my first interaction with Nick until I received my vehicle back, it was a very professional. Well spoken interaction. I was kept up to date informed and very happy with my experience. I was especially happy that the whole vehicle was washed and the interior was was vacuumed and dusted. That's that extra effort. That I will remember when it comes time to have additional work done. Very professional operation. From the estimate to the return, they provided big city services with small town manners. When I met with Nick for the estimate, he never rushed me, provided me with an overall timeframe for the process, and let me know ahead of time that the current market for repair parts was still recovering from COVID-19 shortages.
