Ordered an uber then had to cancel and pay the fee - they told me minutes later that it was a quick fix. The man and woman I interacted with seemed to be quarreling about something, I hope it was in jest but it didn’t seem like it.

Satisfied with the work completed but took longer than what was originally told to me; I was told to drop my vehicle off by 12/13 and likely have completed by 12/20/12/22, instead it took until 1/3….I do understand that parts can sometimes be delayed or short staffed just wish it would’ve been more effectively communicated that there were unexpected delays

The repair itself was very lengthy in part to do with parts arriving. Communication was ok in the beginning and a lot better at the end but in between I received no updates whatsoever on the progress of the work and as far as promised date goes it was failed date after failed date. I would’ve preferred to not have been given a date that wasn’t certain. The final product of the repair was good and I am pleased with it.

Dain and his crew on North 22nd were so accommodating and friendly. I could not believe how quickly I got in. Their customer service is exemplary. Dain kept me informed the entire way. Of course he’s modest. But he realizes that it takes a team to produce great work in a timely fashion. My vehicle looks so perfect and clean. I will always recommend them. That is how I found them. The people were very friendly. The work looks beautiful. Only disappointment was that it was completed a day later than expected and I was forced to spend just under $300 in order to fulfill a commitment.
