Morrow is not far from my home & work, and had availability to do the repair promptly. I might have liked to see a finished checklist of the work, which I had seen on another occasion when our family had a vehicle get body work repair from different shop in Lincoln, but as long as job was competently & thoroughly done, that’s what matters most to me.

I was very happy to get the repair started quickly (2 wks ahead of other body shops I contacted). Quality of the repair looks good, and I appreciated the Morrow team caught some issues that needed to be done w/this repair (which had not maybe been fully noted by insurance adjuster).

RJ was great at fielding my calls & questions. I was eager to get car back & may have rushed him, as we had a few follow-up issues & circled back that afternoon (issues were resolved quickly ~ wheel cover & reconnecting brake/tail light).
